Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization Number.

  Package with Care

  Place the unused items back in their original Bloomthis packaging, ensuring all protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
